For purposes of these Terms of Service (“Terms”), the following definitions apply:
“Correct Contracts,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means Correct Contracts LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, together with its affiliates, contractors, and service providers.
“User,” “you,” or “your” means any individual or entity accessing or using the Services.
“Services” means any content, tools, communications, document preparation services, legal information, compliance assistance, administrative support, attorney coordination, or other offerings provided through Correct Contracts’ website, platform, or communications.
“Licensed Attorney” means an independent attorney duly licensed and in good standing in a relevant jurisdiction.
“Third Party Provider” means any external service provider, including attorneys, filing agents, government bodies, or technology vendors.
Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect interpretation.
By accessing, browsing, registering for, purchasing, or using any portion of the Services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety
You consent to be legally bound by these Terms
You waive any objection to their enforceability
You accept that these Terms have the same legal force as a signed written agreement
If you are accessing the Services on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity.
Correct Contracts reserves the unilateral right to amend, revise, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time.
Revisions shall be effective immediately upon posting unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of all revised Terms.
You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.
Correct Contracts provides administrative, informational, and coordination services related to legal documentation and business compliance, which may include:
Preparation of standardized or customized legal documents based on user inputs
Contract drafting and review support
Business formation and corporate structuring assistance
Compliance and regulatory information
Intellectual property administrative coordination
Introduction to and coordination with Licensed Attorneys
Project management and document handling
Correct Contracts does not itself practice law, provide legal advice where prohibited, or represent clients in legal proceedings.
Correct Contracts is not a law firm.
Nothing provided by Correct Contracts constitutes legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation.
Information provided is general in nature and may not apply to your specific circumstances.
You are solely responsible for determining whether legal advice from a Licensed Attorney is necessary.
Your use of the Services does not create an attorney client relationship between you and Correct Contracts.
Any attorney client relationship exists solely between you and a Licensed Attorney who has expressly agreed to represent you under a separate written engagement.
Correct Contracts does not supervise, control, direct, or assume responsibility for attorney services.
Licensed Attorneys are independent contractors.
They are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of Correct Contracts.
Correct Contracts does not guarantee attorney availability, quality, licensing status beyond reasonable verification, or outcomes.
Any disputes with an attorney must be resolved directly with that attorney.
You represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years old
You have legal capacity
You are not barred from using the Services under applicable law
Your use of the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction
Correct Contracts may suspend or deny access for any reason at its discretion.
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Review all documents for accuracy
Seek independent legal advice when appropriate
Comply with all laws and regulations
Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
You acknowledge that errors resulting from incorrect information provided by you are solely your responsibility.
Fees are disclosed prior to service commencement.
All payments are:
Non refundable unless expressly stated
Exclusive of government fees and third party costs
Due prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed
Correct Contracts may change pricing at any time.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
Correct Contracts may facilitate filings with government agencies or third parties.
Correct Contracts does not control processing times, decisions, or outcomes.
You acknowledge that delays, rejections, or errors by third parties are outside Correct Contracts’ control.
Correct Contracts makes no warranties regarding:
Legal validity or enforceability of documents
Regulatory approvals
Business success
Tax outcomes
Processing timelines
All Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
All platform content is owned by Correct Contracts or its licensors.
You receive a limited, non exclusive, non transferable license to use documents for internal purposes only.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Correct Contracts employs reasonable safeguards but does not guarantee absolute security.
You acknowledge inherent risks in electronic communications.
Correct Contracts is not liable for breaches beyond its reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Correct Contracts disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Correct Contracts shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim
Liability for attorney acts is expressly excluded
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Correct Contracts from all claims arising from:
Your use of the Services
Your violation of these Terms
Your reliance on documents or information
Correct Contracts may terminate or suspend access at any time without notice.
Termination does not affect accrued obligations.
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Wyoming, unless prohibited by law.
You waive class actions and jury trials to the extent permitted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Correct Contracts is not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control.
If any provision is held unenforceable, remaining provisions remain in full force.
Correct Contracts may assign its rights without restriction.
You may not assign without prior written consent.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement and supersede all prior understandings.
